ECO4 is the latest phase of the government’s Energy Company Obligation (ECO) scheme, designed to help cut fuel poverty and reduce carbon emissions in the UK. The scheme, which came into force in July 2022 and applies to measures installed from 1 April 2022 until 31 March 2026, places a Home Heating Cost Reduction Obligation on major energy suppliers. This requires suppliers to deliver energy‑saving measures such as insulation or heating upgrades for households struggling with energy bills.
At Elan Worth Next Recycle (Elanworth Limited), our mission is to make homes warmer, more efficient and more sustainable. We work with homeowners, tenants and landlords across the UK to access ECO4 grants, coordinate installations and ensure projects meet TrustMark quality standards. As a London‑based private limited company (company number 10871797) with a registered office at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, we bring together skilled installers and specialist advisers to deliver ECO‑backed improvements and recycling solutions.
About ECO4 Scheme
Open CRMThe Energy Company Obligation has run through four iterations – ECO, ECO1, ECO2 and ECO3 – with ECO3 closing on 31 March 2022. Under ECO4, suppliers must focus on helping low‑income, fuel‑poor and vulnerable households improve their ability to heat their homes. Projects funded under the scheme include loft, cavity and solid wall insulation, boiler or heat pump upgrades, and other measures that cut energy use.
